well, im not sure if this will help but:

my VGA (6800 GS OC, AGP) when idle is around 50c. when playing games goes up to 75 max.

My CPU (Athlon 2600+, OC`d to 2800+) ir around 30, goes up to 36 when full load

Apparently VGA`s get hotter than CPU`s and it is normal, although i am looking for some extra cooling, just because im fussy :)

CPU under 50, and Video under 80 is perfectly acceptable. If you want better, you can either:

A) put new compound on the coolers (Arcitc Silver 5 seems to be popular) to see if that helps (Quite cheap, likely to help)

B) Replace both coolers with better models (Potentialy noisy and/or expensive)

C) Increase airflow through the case (Cheap if you can, may or may not help depending on the system, case, fan, airflow)

However, there is nothing wrong with any of those temps.

your temperatures are fine. they're high if you're used to very cool temps (ie. aftermarket coolers), as most of the members here are.

if you're really worried, go for an aftermarket cooler. for the vga, the vf700 is one of the best air, although you can get an arctic silver, which is also good, and is smaller.

there will be mixed recommendations regarding cpu cooler, between hsfs such as the xp120/90, scythe, zalman cnps, etc.
