I have a stutter in my scenery when flying low. The scenery will stop,
back up a bit and then progress forward normally for a second or two
when it stops, backs us and scrolls forward again. It's quick but constant.

It happens when the sliders are mid-range or at full right. It is more
pronounced after using FRAPPS to record and are playing the video back.
I have the window I capture around 400X400 or less. I would like to get
a good smooth video flow flying low through the trees.

Any ideas?
