delay start

my pc delays start for 30 sec after button pushed althought button lite goes on right away.

I had a similar experience with a Shuttle PC that I built, only that no lights at all would come on. It sarted with a few seconds delay, and then it got progressively worse increasing to minutes, and then to hours, to days over the course of about a year before I finally broke down and purchased a new power supply. Delay is gone now.
