One thing I've thought about was maybe getting a different psu and I was also wondering if I already have windows xp can I use it on my new computer if its already installed on this one?

I chose the 3500+ because i heard it was good for oc'ing and the same goes for the mobo. The mobo is also geared towards gamers. The case is a case I've wanted to get for a while, I know its kinda obnoxious but I was a huge transformers fan back in the day and it's a reasonably priced case.

get a bigger sata hard drive and a good psu and you should be good to go.

i wundt call tht budget thts midrange tbh if you put a 7800GT in it then it would b high end, but snds gd on the whole

the case seems a bit iffy at a price that low, Alot of bling for the buck. Paying for looks not quality. Have you thought about a Opteron 146? The 3700 is like $11 more at newegg. Same speed with 1mb cache.
You can only have your copy of windows on one system at a time legally. But if you..... Is this what you where asking? And yes bill will come to brake your knee caps.
