BSOD and computer freeezing!

Hi guys, hopefully i can get some help here! So recently i've been getting blue screens with the message IRQL not equal or less and sometimes the error says reference by pointer. Other times it will blue screen on startup and give no specific error. Sometime my computer will just freeze.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? I've read it could be faulty ram or graphics drivers but my ram and graphics have worked since i built my computer in january. All of a sudden it started bsoding over the past week and a half.

Any help will be appreciated! Thank you!

Hi It looks as though a few system files are missing. Try running error checker. Click computer. Right click C:\ Properties\ Tools\Check for errors. Check the box and exit, You will have to restart for the system check to begin.
