uv light have made no difference

just purchased a pair of sharkoon 12" uv lights to make use of my black uv reactive cable sleeving on my hiper 580watt type r psu but i seem to have made no difference to the colour of the cables. the lights are deffinatly working. should the cable sleeving change in colour or is black a really hard colour to brighten up?
i could do with some pics of uv reactive black cable sleeving under uv lights to compare them to mine.

Black isn't UV reactive. Did someone tell you it was?
