127deg C in speedfan?!

Have been doing some simple overclocking recently and as part of this I decided to install speedfan. All the listed temperatures were fine apart from two which both read 127 degrees C!

They were both labelled Temp
Chip was LM75
BUS was NForce2 SMBus.

This has confused me as I can't tell where it is picking this temperature reading from and my system shouldn't be putting that much heat out anywhere!

Specs are:
AMD64 3200+(Winchester) @ 2.3ghz
ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe
Corsair XMS3200 512mb x 2
Leadtek GeForce 6600GT TDH Extreme @ 550/1120

Have modded mobo northbridge after dodgy cooler packed up - added Zalman northbridge cooler with additional 40mm fan added but having done 'fingertip tests' everywhere I can think, nowhere seems anywhere near that hot - all other temp readings are below 50deg.

Anyone else had this problem or can tell me what this is pointing to?

Thanks for any help.

That's what I thought, any idea what sensor it could be? NForce2 SMBus seems unusual on an nF4 board :?

Do you have any sort of temperature monitoring in your BIOS? If so, check if it's correct there, it should be. Otherwise, your computer would shut down if the BIOS actually detected it being that high. It's probably just a software issue with the Speedfan program, or how it interprets your BIOS's temperature info.
