out of the blue, my ability to cut or copy and then paste
within programs (I'm pretty sure it's an issue across all
programs: internet to Word, within Outlook-contact to
contact, etc.) has disappeared UNTIL I COPY the item
TWICE. I mean a phrase, an account number, a paragraph--
always fails the first time, works the second or third.

This is driving me nuts; I've had Windows since v 2.0,
never had this problem before.
