NEED NEW MOBO GIVE RECOMMENDATIONS

I have finally had it with the Ultra-D. This is the second Ultra-D I've had, as the first was RMA'ed after cold boot, and it is still finicky as hell. Stupid thing won't even load with 2 memory dimms now, great. Problem is, I am basically screwed since my memory (UTT winbond Redline modules) needs massive voltage to function properly! That, and, I still want to have my Venice overclocked to 2.8. What other motherboards have high voltage overclocking (at least 3.2v for vdimm and about 1.5 or so for vcore) or can work with the OCZ Voltage Booster? I really need help as I need to send my board out to Newegg for RMA and either keep it or sell on ebay and buy another.
