Ok, this may be a really dumb question, and I have to think I'm missing
something really obvious.

(I've been a palm user for years and have just switched to using PocketPC
2003)

I created a number of folders and subfolders in MyDocuments folder.

I can launch File Explorer and navigate through them, find and open files no
problem.

However, if I try to open a file from within an Application, say
pocketExcel, I can't navigate any subfolders. It only seems to be able to
"see" only one level deep in the MyDocuments folder and is not able to
navigate to subfolders.

Is this a limitation of PocketPC? Or am I missing something?

Thanks.

Yes this is PPC limitation... dumb isn't it?
I have heard that there is a fix, but haven't had time to try this myself.
Try this:

Thank Jakub.

Yes, it is dumb. That's why I couldn't help but wonder if I was missing
something really obvious.
