Does anyone make Registered PC3500/DDR433?

I've been on the hunt for some registered 184 pin PC3500/DDR433 or faster memory. I can't see to find any from the major manufacturers. Anyone know if registered DIMMs over PC3200/DDR400 are even made?

I wouldnt think so since ecc and registered ram is mainly used in servers, which shouldnt be overclocked for integrity reasons.
What do you need it for?

Hi,

I'm not sure if I'm contacting the right person, but I'll give it a shot. (if this is the wrong person, can you please forward my request to the appropriate person(s)?)

I'm looking for some Corsair CMX512RE-3500LL memory. (Basically DDR433 Registered/ECC DIMMs). I know at one time this memory was made by Corsair. However it seems with the introduction and popularity of S939, no one wants fast ECC modules anymore.

Is there a store or partner you can recommend who sells this stuff? I can't find it anywhere!
