Meet minimum requirement on driver installation E4300

Hello, i having a problem of installing several driver into a VM which run on Dell Latitude E4310, it prompt me, "the system doesn't meet minimum requirement to.... ", let's take display driver for this case... any solution? fyi, the driver i download from dell website.

win7 ultimate 32 bits OS on VMware player.

Why are you installing a display driver on a VM OS? The one it is currently using is the only one it can.
