Samsung ML-2150 cartridge memory

Hello,
I,ve successfully refilled my samsung ML-2150 toner cartridge
BUT
after printing some pages, printer indicates it as an empty cartridge,
displays command: "replace cart(ridge)" and I have to press Cont(inue)
button to print every single page.
Is there any way to reset cartridge electronics?
After removing it, printer can,t print at all.
