It is a good MB ? I will have incompatibility problems with :
CPU Intel® Pentium 4 640 3200 MHz Socket LGA775 2048K bus 800 HT Prescott 0,09u BOX ( Intel® EM64T )
Kingston DIMM 1Gb DDR2 PC-4200 533MHz Kingston KVR533D2N4/1G CL4
Wdigital 160G SATAII wd1600js , Wdigital 250GB SATAII WD250JS ???

yup this MB is quite good, no frills, supports dual core

does its job and is much cheaper than p5wd2

I also have the same MB with a PT 4 630. I bought it about 4 month ago and had no issue. Everything is working smooth.
