as topic says, i'm planning on upgrading my audigy 1 sound card to someting more killer.. without using wayy too much money. would the 2 zs be a good card to upgrade to? will i hear more amazing sound and better detail? would the sounds in games be more different and clear? thanks for the input.

aparently there aint much diffrence between any high end soundblaster card (sound quality and performance wise), but if you want to, get an xfi atleast.

I think the main diffrence is functions (once sound quality is good theres no diffrence)

I did notice a slight increase in sound quality going from and old SB Live 5.1
to an Audigy 2 ZS. Mostly small things like footsteps behind me and such.
