windows task manager i hav something running called
TCPSCVS.EXE AND ITS USING UP 98% TO 99% OF MY COMPUTER

My computer runs very slowly when TCPSCVS.EXE is running
but when i end process of TCPSCVS.EXE in windows task

selecting the start up tab and deselecting TCPSCVS.EXE.
when i try to do this, TCPSCVS.EXE is not in the start up
