1GB Corsair Value Ram Clocking

The latency is 2.5. If i put a heat spreader over my modules can I run a 2-2-2-5 or a 2-2-2-6 ?

Using an Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe board

Try it and see. Every memory module is going to react differently.
Heat spreaders are only going to help if you overclock the memory bus speed, say 230 or 240 mhz when default speed is 200mhz.
