I'm going to be overclocking an Opteron 165

My primary goal is to get 2.4 GHZ - 2.2 would be ok.

I want to know how safe this is on stock. (I've heard people getting 2.6 GHZ on stock, but that's to risking...I would be fine with 2.4 GHZ at most)

Is it possible to get these responses at stock voltage? Using stock Heatsink which I understand is good.

What would you recommend.
