Hi I bought a new processor heatsink (Zalman) to my AMD 3200+ (s754). But I cant remove the old back plate on the backside of the motherboard. It wont move.! :(
Could you give me some tips on how I can remove it. Or should I just leave it there and hope that it fits with the new stuff?

If the new cooler requires the backplate supplied with it you will need to remove the old one. I did on mine.
Remove the board from the case and blow a hair dryer on the back plate. This will heat up the glue and make it easier to get off.
DO NOT USE A SCREWDRIVER!
Once heated up push down on the backplate from the top of the motherboard and it should come right off
