mysterious IP Settings on VPN Client

I configure a VPN Client with using the local IP '192.168.100.70' without
using a DHCP server an found the following IP-settings:

In the VPN client config menue are no option for enable DHCP or something
else, how comes the DHCP IP address and also the defaultgateway in the
client IP setting?
