Replacement MB for the MSI-6701

I have a friend with a Medion computer that uses the MSI-6701 MB. The MB was damaged and I am looking for a board that can be used as a close replacement. Has anyone had success with one??

Well, after some sluthing I found this

Which let me to this

which is apparently a s478/SiS 648&963/533 micro-atx. So you should theoretically be able to just drop-in replace w/ another.

Recently I have gotten a low-cost P4 board, the MSI PM8M-V which is an upgrade since it supports prescott & 800 fsb for under $50 from newegg

Looks like standard ATX power so you should be good to go.
