I've been thinking about one of your posts. I think you said one of
your planes was the Spitfire. With you being a bush pilot have you been
able to configure that with pontoons yet?:)

Hee hee! No, I haven't outfitted the Spitfire with floats...yet! ;-)

Actually, the Spitfire is a pretty striking departure from the usual
bush flying and otherwise "low and slow" single engine GA planes I
favor, but Dudley and some others convinced me that it might be fun
to try a fast, high performance prop plane. And they were right! :)

I haven't spent enough time with the Spitfire yet, as I'm still in
"MegaScenery PNW tweak mode", though just for kicks, I did try to fly
the Spitfire over the MegaScenery a few days ago, and it was way too
fast, as it didn't allow the MegaScenery to load properly before
moving on to the next bit. MegaScenery developers recommend flying
slower planes over the scenery, and they've got that one right! :)

In spite of the MegaScenery loading problem with the Spitfire, I did
get from CYVR (Vancouver, BC) to KSEA (Seattle) in no time at all!
:)
