Stock speeds, the x1600 should take the lead. Overclocked, the 6600 should be able to pull ahead at 6600gt speeds @ about 520/1100.

If you can, I'd go for a 6800gs for a few dollars more and overpower them both.

I thought bf2 was meant to played on nvidia isn't it?
lol me too but its all marketing you know

Hm, that's an interesting topic you bring up. I honestly do believe the ATi chips love BF2 and the Nvidia's hate it somewhat...but it clearly is true that Nvidia marketed off of BF2 and that the release of the 7800gtx was designed to go hand-in-hand with the release of BF2...

Go with the 6600, the 256 the x1600 has won't get you far since it only has a 128bit wide memory bus.

Allright AK, now another question is my MB is only DDR,does that effect the GDDR3 on Video card??
Ha, no. Your motherboard could less (or know less) about what kind of video card you have provided it uses the same interface (agpx8 in your case). What are you computer specifications anyway?

i think go For the 6600GT , and a good brand like BFG or eVGA and 6600GT is more than powerfull to handle all the games (at least for a year or 2)
Happy Gaming

You do know that it's spelled "artifacting", don't you?

Anyways, I'd go for the 6600GT. Very good card for the price and it will run most games at medium-high settings just fine. Leadtek 6600GT is one of the best you can get; it's quite, cool, and OCs VERY well.

Also, I'd get some more RAM too. Find what kind of RAM you have now and get anotehr of the EXACT SAME RAM, it will help you alot.
