using internet gateway from the other vpn network

hallo,
my brother, who lives in thailand right now, needs for some internet
services an european IP-adress. i thougt about setting up a proxy, but
the service don´t work with proxy. Whe both have a dsl-connection
whith dinamic IP-Adress. So now i have the following idea:
I buy a hardware vpn router like e.g. lancom1711 so my brother can
build an vpn connection via dsl from his appartment in tailand to my
home-network in germany. Now my question:
How is it then possible for him to use my German DSL Connection to get
access to the internet service, he needs to run?
So he uses his tailand-dsl-connection to the internet only for the vpn
connection to my network. His gateway to the internet should be the
same like i have, so he gets rid of his Thai IP-adress. Any idea about
the setup and hardware? Thanks,
