Boot stops (hit DEL to enter setup or F1 to continue)??

Is there some setting I can change in my BIOS that will automatically continue the boot? Everytime my system starts it finds most of the hardware and then stops with the message to hit del to enter setup or hit F1 to continue. I have to hit F1 in order to boot every time.

I assume this is a simple setting change, but for the life of me I can't find it in the BIOS screens for my EPoX mobo

I've had this a few time before when changing hardware. I normally just hit DEL to go into BIOS, then save changes (without necessarily making any changes), then the message tends to disappear.

As far as I can recall, I believe it is something to do with memory timings. Not entirely sure though - it's just that I used to get this a lot when swapping memory modules around.

Check the BIOS jumper on the board and make sure it is on the correct pins.

this could be 2 things
first thing the free one
hit del get into bios
go to load failsafe defaults hit yes then load optimized defaults hit yes
save exit restart

second thing
go buy a new cmos battery get hte model form the one currently in the board
go to your local ace hardware / gasstation and buy its replacement.
