memory timing question

i have 1 stick of PC2-4200-533mhz memory. the timing is 4-4-4-12( as read by CPUZ). this is what the bios set it at with the default settings. with out going to crazy whats the safest stable timings i can set this to?


ASUS P5LD2 Socket 775 945P CHIPSET ATX Motherboard

Intel P4 630 3.0 ghz LGA 775 EM64T processor

1ghz Pc4200 ram

eVGA 256-P2-N386-AX Geforce 6800GS 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express video card

youll have to find out for yourself. Everyboard and memory stick is going to react differently.
Only make 1 adjustment at a time and make small adjustments.
At first sign of instability back off the new setting to the previous one and try changeing another setting untill each is as low as they will go and still be stable.
