I have the Cisco VPN 4.6+ client on Windows 2000 server. The client
starts and I see the small icon in the system tray indicating that its
connected to the network, howevere when I hit an intranet web page, I
don't get any response back and the browser hangs. I can access the
internet just fine.

After looking at the VPN logs, it looks like my IPSec Policy agent gets
stopped as soon as the client starts. After that client continues to
send/recieve packets but I am unable to see any web pages or ssh into
any of my office machines..
