i have heard about locked SATA ports, and started wondering why i could't overclock my 4400+ past the 230Mhz FSB.
does the mobo have any locked sata ports?

All 4 are locked.

Have you lowered your HT freq multi & depending upon your RAM maybe put that on a divider?

i have tried ddr500 with Ht multiplier at 4, but still i can only go to, if lucky, 2200x11.
please help me oc this cpu

Which exact RAM are you using?
If you are using the DDR500 divider that means that at 220 external clock your RAM is running at something like DDR550.
