Gaim ( like trillian uses 5 megs)
itunes
Firefox
Steam


it was idle sitting there while i ate...

is this normal??

im OCing my MX 440 but...its an MX440..

you seem to either have some faulty sensors, a build up of dust in your case.. has it always been that hot or was it just a one timer? make sure your cpu fan hasn't kicked the bucket too. heard of that frying someone's p4 once
