I think the current top choices are:

Thermaltake XP-120 or SI-120 with a good 120mm fan (panaflo for example)
Zalman CNPS9500 Aero Flower

The XP-120 is awkward to install, SI-120 is a bit easier so I've heard. They're more or less the same design, but the SI-120 is taller.

Will let you know about the Zalman once I receive my order

I got a Self Made Combination, I ordered from ebay the AMD 4400+ Cooler that comes with 4 copper heatpipes and a bigger heatsink as stock, and replaced the default AMD Fan with a COOLERMASTER Dual Storm w/Artic Silver 5. Also the side fan from my Soprano case helps a lot. you should try it, ebay is $15 bucks and the fan I got it at PCClub for $20.

*Note, The Dual Storm Fan WON'T fit in the regular 3800+ Cooling base.
