The difference in timings would not have an impact on performance.

I'd get the Corsair XMS if it were me. But I'm a Corsair fanboy so my recommendation is not and cannot be unbiased.

You shouldn't be caring about the CAS latency, the 3rd one, your RP (Row Precharge Time) is the one that affects performance the most, next is your RAS. 3-3-2-5 > 2-3-3-5.

A lot of people say Kingston RAM sucks, but I've used both a lot in the past and have had no problems.
