can you help me
my computer is about a year old from novatech and just recently i have been getting a frozen screen where i cant move the mouse pointer or use any of the key on the keyboard. as i work it cad it happens most while i am drawing on the computer.
any ideas on how to solve the problem

Could be one of many things.

have you chnaged anytihng recently?

have you any hardware diags telling you things line interneal temp, fans speeds, fans working etc? Have you opened up your machine andknocked anything?

You could start by listing some system specs - cpu, mobo, psu, video, components, os etc.
