Hello,

Is there any site that shows a benchmark performance comparrison between similar speed Intel Duo and Intel Solo processors? Just wondering how much of a difference there is between the 1.67GHz Duo and 1.67GHz Solo.

Unfortunately Intel hasn't released any god damned Core Duo desktop processors yet. You can get the mobile ones- but that's a different game altogether.

To my knowledge, no one has benchmarked EQUALLY equiped systems pitting the Core Duo against the Core Solo 1.67Ghz... yet.

Anyone have any benches (besides the mobile versions of Core Duo/Solo)? ;-)

Seriously, what's the frigin hold up? Rarely have mobile CPU's been available before desktop ones.

I don't know man, I guess its because Intel is too busy talking about how much more horsepower their chips are gonna have over AMD.
