IE Beta 7 has a built in privacy report that allows you to view Trojan activity. It also has an anti phishing icon down next to the privacy reporting button at the bottom of the browser.

TribalFusion comes up in Google searches as Trojan activity by other internet users not using IE 7 so its not linked to browser type.
