Problem port forwarding with USR8000A please help

I got a problem port forwarding the usr8000a please help, i want to port forward for bitlord, i forwarded 6881 and 1720 bt still downloading at like 6 kbs. Please help.... can someone give detailed instructions on how to port forward with this router, it seems more difficult then the linkys.

for one you need to change the default port that the torrent program uses. Dont use 6881 as the main port. Change it to something above 10,000 in the torrent program and then forward that port in both tcp and udp.
Second make sure your computer is set to a static ip instead of dhcp.
