1) If you bought an upgrade version, you got both a 32 bit dvd and a 64 bit dvd. If the os came pre-installed, like in a laptop, you probably got neither.
2) You need to do a clean install using a windows 7 32 bit dvd.
3) Any such dvd will do, they are all the same. You can even borrow one. Specify the version that you intend to activate.
4) You can activate using the product key that came with your original 32 bit version.
