SD cards for Toshiba e330?

I wish to add sd cards to my Toshiba pocket PC e330/e335, but do not know
which one will work.
1.) Is there a limit on the memory size (1gb or 512mb etc) for the use of
SanDisk sd memory cards?
2.) Would the SanDisk wi-fi card with memory work?

Thank you for the helpful answer.

The e330 manual mentions only a SD not an SDIO slot.

But the Toshiba website
http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2 [...] OID=177045

states that the e330 can use a Toshiba BluetoothT SD Card III (Version 1.2)
..

Does this mean, that I could also use a SanDisk 256MB Wi-Fi SD I/O Wireless
LAN ?
