help 200 SEAGATE 7200 NCQ SATA2

I bought 200GB SEAGATE 7200 NCQ SATA2 but computer have seen 130GB
what i can do ??

i had exactly the same problem.
it is in windows.

go to the help section in windows, and ask how to partition a drive.
its a partioning issue

If you don't have SP1, Windows will recognize only up to 137GB of a partition.
Either get SP1 or partition your HDD appropriately.
