[SOLVED] Terminal help!

So I'm trying to install a .deb on mobile terminal. The isn't OSX, but iOS isn't far from it. Here's the error message I get.

My only guess is that you have not jailbroken your IPhone, so you can not install this program. But as I do not own one I could not tell you for sure. From reading a few things on the internet though, it appears it ONLY works on jailbroken phones.

... Wtf? I'm on the wrong forum. Sorry I posted this here. I'm guessing most of you don't have jailbreaking experience.

On another note, how would I even get a mobile terminal, or even run this without being jail broken?
