Hi,

Just noticed I had used "Microsoft" as a name on this group: I AM NOT
MICROSOFT!! I am just some dumb semi-newbie like most everyone else here,
and I apologize for the apparent misrepresentation!
I'm not positive, but ... XP SP2 -might- have done that! After the
install, all my newsgroups were gone with the exception of the Microsoft
groups. And the rest of the accounts I recreated are OK. I would never
have purposely tried to masquerade as Microsoft!
I've done this on other groups, too - wonder which ones?

Best Regards, esp to the MVPs here,

Pop

I seriously doubt that anyone with even one small cell of a brain would have
thought your were Microsoft or even represented them as they don't post here
nor do they reply to any posts here. So go ahead and say you're Microsoft.
Actually that might be kinda fun. Think I'll give it a try. {]:~)

Pop, no problem. We know you well enough from your frequency in the
newsgroups to realize that it was a mistake.
