i dont have any of those things, but make sure that the psu fits into the case... with a 140mm fan its probably longer than normal ones... to keep down the noise u could consider the thermaltake silentboost (if it supports amd x2, check before u buy) but its very quiet, i have one and cant even hear it with the case open... but the rest of my computer is loud so its good that i cant :p... other than that, make sure the motherboard doesnt have a fan (they tend to be pretty loud) and to make it almost silent u could passivly cool the video card, but i know theres a gigabye thats passivly cooled, u may have picked it... if not look around for one. i hear thats a very nice case, looks pretty nice too. anyways good luck with the build!

i have used the case, built a system for my oldest son. good looking tower. the only thing that was a bit to do was the way the front 3x5 covers are made. they are a grill like metal and there is some small plastic bumps on the inside case that you will need to file down for cd/dvd to pass threw, they hold the covers. one other thing i did was mounted a fan under the dvdplayer i mounted in the top bay. this gave more air to the system. this was about a year and a half ago and his system is p4 3.0c@3.66
