Good Quake 3 demos

Well, I've asked this on the pcg forum and I was blown off. Since you guys are all nice people in here I wanted to ask if any of you has good quake 3 demos. I'd also love to see demos of Beat the Team tournaments (dying for a link).
My friend beated the lot everywhere so we're dying for some new flesh.
I'll give you his demos of you want.
Too bad there aren't Worms Armageddon demos

It's when you kick the crap out of everyone and you save it. Then you can play it over. Just like the demo127 that comes with the new patch. Of course, the guys at ID just suck
