The best mobo for my CPU

Hey guys, i presently have a Athlon X2 3800 CPU and i really dont know wich mobo to buy. im not a big OCer and im not really interested in SLI or Crossfire eitheir. One of my choice was this one:

AMD64 S939 ABIT AN8 NF4 PCIE

so what are your thoughts?

if u wanna OC, its there but if u dont i think this will be fine

u cant set ur PC upside down do u understand?

it uses passive cooling pipes for the north bridge so if u set ur PC upside down your north bridge will not cool as long as the CPU is higher than the north bridge u'll be fine u can also set ir flat on th efloor and it'll be fine
