I'm at a crossroads here. I want to get a new Antec PSU but I'm unsure of which model to get. It's come down to the Neo HE 500 and the True power II 550 models. Comparative specifications can be found here:

I'm going to overclock, and was wondering what the advantages of having three 12 volt rails, like the Neo, as opposed to two 12 volt rails, like the TPII 550, would be.
Any user experience would help also. I know the TPII 550 is a good supply, but I've not heard as much about the Neo. Thanks in advance for helping me choose, guys.
