So my default system ran kind of hot (decent idle but got hot during games with a 140mm intake, and 120mm outtake) so I put on the side a 120mm fan with 90CFM, the thing is "kind of" loud. It keeps things a lot cooler (chipset is 12C cooler) so it's worth it but I'm wondering if I plug the fan's 3pin connector into the mobo is there a program out there that I could use to lower it's speed so it's quieter while in windows just surfing the net and stuff. I can't hear it over the noise my games make and I can tolerate it during normal use, just if I can get it quieter I want to.

Without the one fan my pc is practically silent, you can't tell its on, but kind of require this side one, especially if I plan to OC

So is there such a program without having to by a temp, fan control box? I've never really looked into this before so I dunno
