Geforce 6800 GT Air-Cooler

hi,
i'm trying to get a new VGA cooler for a Geforce 6800GT

i have pci-e leadtek geforce 6800gt; core running @ 58deg @ IDLE!! 8O
it seems quite hot; i want to replace the cooler...
AGP version for this have good big copper hsf but pcie has smaller one...

i don't really care about how much it will cost as long as less than $60
and it has to be a air cooler...

i'm thinking about getting either of these two...

ZALMAN Fatal1ty FS-V7 80mm
or
ARCTIC COOLING AVC-NV5R3 NV Silencer Rev.3

which one has better cooling solution?
and which one is louder?
would these be enough for the VGA OC?

The Zalman is huge by all accounts, the Silencer seems to be popular and have good reviews, though I've heard rumors the fans burn out on them.

I'm hoping to get an Accelero, but apparently it's not out yet (was suppsoed to be out last month)
