Through my research I have come up with these specs:

Memory: CORSAIR DDR 400 PC 3200 2GB: $146
CPU: AMD Athlon 3700+ 2.4Ghz+1mb: $213
HD: Western Digital 250GB serial ata x2: $170
Case: Aspire X-QPack 420W SFF: $88
Optical Storage: Lite-On SHD-16P1S 16x DVD-ROM: $22
Optical Storage: Lite-On SHM-165H6S 16x Litescribe DL DVDRW: $53
OS: Windows XP Media Center 2005: $110
Keyboard & Mouse: Logitech Cordless Desktop LX300: $33

Total:$907 (ex-s&h+tax)

Monitor: HP L2335 23" LCD: $930
Monitor: Viewsonic G225FB 21" CRT: $432

Total: $1837/$1339

Is there anything I am missing or do you have any comments?

Looks good to me except the mobo, at least get the deluxe version.

This system looks good.
Are you going to be playing games? I didn't notice a graphics card. If you are playing games maybe a 7900GT or X1900XT or something Quieter for a Media Centre computer. How about a Hi Definition TV tuner card like the Dvico FusionHDTV.
