Typically no one ships to a PO box (if delivered by courier). Must have a actual address.

Only places that use the US Postal Service for shipping can ship to a PO (Post Office) box. FedEx/UPS/DHL don't have access to PO boxes, so they need a physical address.

If newegg can ship via USPS, then it should be able to ship to PO box.

Mike.

Greetings TomsHardware Forum members and Newegg patrons!

As you may know, Newegg takes Fraud prevention very seriously. In regards to this question, CHEEZball is right--due to fraud prevention purposes, we do have to ship to an actual “physical address.”

We humbly apologize, Alex, if this causes any inconvenience for you, but we feel that this precautionary measure is necessary to safeguard all of our customers when placing an order with us.

You MAY, however, use the P.O. Box as your billing address if you like. Just remember that if your billing and shipping addresses are different, the shipping address will be verified with the customer’s card issuing bank prior to us releasing the order. You may do this by contacting the bank that issued your credit card (the 800-number on the back of the CC) to have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in their “memo field.”

Alex, feel free to PM us directly if you’d like us to assist in your situation.

Thanks again for taking the time to post and have an eggcellent day! :)
