while booting my windows XP in my desktop PC, windows XP
logo color quality (resolution) is poor and after the
desktop is appeared it's alright. what's the problem???

It seems like what you are describing is not a problem. When computer boots
up, the resolution of the log should not be as good as the resolution of
your working configuration
