Asrock ULI mobo

Ok i got the Asus A8V deluxe mobo, and Im not happy with it, since it cant overclock, and it has problems with its usb drive (yes i got all updates) and it cant handle my sata drive (western Digital Sata2) Since Asrock ULI mobo supports it, should i go ahead and order the mobo? its on sale at ncix for 85 bucks, comes out to a total of 109 with shipping and GST,PST. So I looked at benchmarks and some say great and so on, but need youre guys opinions. Im putting my A64 3000+ winchester in it with an arctic cooling freezer pro 64 and 1gig of OCZ premier pc3200 ram, and wondering if I can get a decent overclock out of this?

I would. To begin with, the A8V sucks, blame VIA. The ULi chipset is good, and the board you've found it on is OK.
